As we grow together, we promise to honor the island that provides for us all. A portion of our annual proceeds will go directly to local coral conservation projects, allowing us to give back to the beautiful 'aina. And because our team is our family, we are dedicated to helping them thrive. Our employees will receive dividend shares, helping to ease the burden of the high cost of living here. We are building a long-term community together, one that will serve Kohala for generations to come.

We are a dedicated household care program for owners and long-term residents in the Kohala area. Think of us as a modern-day butler service—without the need for us to live in your home. Our focus is exclusively on our cherished Kamaʻāina and homeowners; we do not manage rental properties or tenants for owners, you will need a Property Manager to help with those needs.
