Tatiana Wild
Founder
For over six years, I've built a diverse career in real estate, property management (handling both long-term and short-term rentals), and as a private concierge for an exclusive travel club. Prior, my path was in the private luxury-spa industry, where my passion for pampering and personalized care truly blossomed. During this time, I also guided clients through eco-conscious home and business makeovers. These varied experiences have been a profound journey of discovery, ultimately revealing my true calling: to create a business that artfully blends these elements, with a focus on nurturing families, their homes, and their well-being through longevity, beauty, and comfort.
I created Kohala Ohana Homes as a small, local business, because I am committed to providing the highest standards of care for your family, always upholding exceptional ethics. I find immense reward in cultivating the deep relationships we build within our community and with the 'Āina—the land that sustains us all.

Big Island has been a cherished second home for me since my husband's introduction to the Island in 2003. Cultivating a profound love for the islands' vibrant culture and breathtaking beauty led us to establish our permanent residence in Kohala in 2022, where we are proud to serve our community with Aloha! When not working you can find me snorkeling, diving, doing beach clean up, and volunteering in coral restorations.
Denise Lozano-Fosher
Born and raised on the beautiful island of Oʻahu, my roots in Hawaiʻi stretch back four generations. After moving to the mainland in high school, I earned a degree in Fashion Design. I've been happily married for 25 years and am a proud mother to five amazing children, each a unique blessing in my life.
During my years as a stay-at-home mom, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to various ventures, including owning a home décor and furniture boutique, interior decorating, and furniture refinishing. Creativity and hard work have always been at the core of who I am.
In 2022, I was fortunate to return home to Hawaiʻi with my family. Since then, I've had the honor of serving as a concierge agent at one of the world's top resorts, assisting both homeowners and guests. In this role, I consistently provided exceptional, detail-oriented service, always staying one step ahead to ensure every need was met and every experience was seamless.
Today, I am incredibly grateful to be part of Kohala 'Ohana Homes, where I work alongside an inspiring group of women who support, uplift, and operate as one ʻohana. My passion remains centered on caring for others and creating meaningful experiences through service, connection, and heart.
Wendy Daniels-Vierstra
I bring over seven years of hands-on experience managing high-end residential properties for families throughout the Kohala region of Hawai‘i Island. With a deep understanding of the standards expected in luxury home care, I've successfully overseen all aspects of estate management—from coordinating and supervising repairs to scheduling, facilitating, and quality-checking regular and deep cleanings. I'm known for my discretion, reliability, and proactive communication with homeowners, vendors, and service teams alike. Prior to my work in property management, I owned and operated a successful independent business for over 30 years. My entrepreneurial background gives me a strong foundation in client service, budgeting, logistics, and long-term asset maintenance. Born and raised on O‘ahu, my lifelong connection to Hawai‘i informs my grounded, culturally respectful approach to caretaking and community engagement. I'm committed to excellence, efficiency, and creating a sense of ease and trust for the homeowners and families I serve.
